This custom carport was built with vinyl, PVC, and aluminum materials for long-term durability and minimal maintenance. Designed to resist rot and eliminate the need for painting, it’s a practical, lasting solution. This project also marks our fifth build for this client — a true example of building clients for life.

This project features TimberTech Vintage Collection decking in Coastline, a black standing seam metal roof, and low-maintenance PVC and aluminum finishes. Built for durability and minimal upkeep, this space reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The Carrie Street Cottage

Our first full-home renovation project hits close to home in an area primed for growth and development—Harnett County, North Carolina. This 1950s. cottage was chocked full of character and potential. The MHS team took on the challenge of fully renovating and reimagining all 1200 sqft. of the home including a brand new exterior, custom renovated kitchen and bathroom, updated flooring, and more.

Backyard Extreme Makeover

Multi-Phase Backyard Transformation

What started as a hot tub addition evolved into a full backyard upgrade, including a screened porch, retaining wall, drainage system, and terraced layout. Designed to solve grading challenges and improve usability, this project transformed a sloped yard into a functional outdoor living space built to last.
